Opening season: all year round.

Minimum stay: one week. From Saturday to Saturday.

Rate includes: rent of one whole villa for one week (8 beds); linens and bath-towels  (weekly change for stays longer than one week); electricity and gas; use of the private tennis court, five-a-side football ground and table tennis (rackets and balls included); final cleaning; welcome pack.

Rate does not include: heating, telephone, internet connection, daily cleaning.

Available on request (not included in price): Daily cleaning, catering service, personal trainer, tennis lessons, cooking lessons, transports to and from airport, guided visits.

Telephone and internet connection: Telephone and dial-up internet connections can be pre-arranged on request at all 4 villas.

Refundable damage deposit: A security deposit in the amount of €250 will be collected upon arrival as guarantee for eventual damages. The deposit will be returned upon departure.

Check-in time: Saturday from 15.00 to 19.00 p.m. The exact arrival time must however be advised at least 1 day in advance of arrival.

Check-out time: Saturday within 10.00 a.m.

Swimming-pool: Open from May to September (except special agreement with owners).
