Booking 3 months away, “bland”, was a bit of a risk but we got lucky! Villa Laurentia now seems like a second home and was absolutely wonderful!
Highlights, things that make it great: the view; the sunsets on the vineyards; swallows dipping in the pool; the best pizzeria being two minutes walk. Finally, thanks for having a wonderful and very accessible villa!

We had a fantastic time here. Everything to make for a great vacation was here in large quantities: view, pool, food, wine and places to see. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Better and better! Santa Cristina is to die for. We enjoy lazy days at the pool; dinners outside in the terrace, games and good company. Magliano has so many secrets to be discovered. Restaurants and “deli” are printed into our memories and dreams of this absolutely fabulous country.

Dear  Laurentia - the old man calling!! We fully enjoyed the third time with you at Santa Cristina  and my children and grandchildren are so happy for the week we spent with you so I have asked my son to check availability also next year. It is a joy for the old man to see so many happy faces – my grandchildren know the place so well now and the eldest one Helen immediately asked before leaving Norway this year that she hope we were going to have lunch at Elsa !! Also the Calvi restaurant seems to remember us well. We love Italy !! Best regards.

The Villa Laurentia is much more than just "a villa for rent". It has a personality that reflects the fine tradition of Italian hospitality. We truly felt at home here. It was also perfectly located for what we wanted to do. Spend quiet family time for Easter and visit Rome and as many of the other wonderful towns in the area as we could: Orte, Otricoli, Viterbo, Spoleto, Orvieto, to name a few. Don't miss any of them! In summary: Nonnie Joha liked the people; Nonnie Linda liked the viuews.and the prosecco! Auntie Beanie liked the sensations. and the wine, Mommie Jeannie liked the shopping. and the food, Daddy Johnny liked his first visit to Rome and the "principessa" 3rd old Josephine loved it all!

Dear Laurentia, We have all arrived back home safely from Italy, and I wanted to write you a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Villa Laurentia! The house was fantastic. What a magnificent setting among the rolling hills and olive trees. The house itself was clean, cool, and comforting. The pool was a refreshing addition that we were all so happy to have! The locals in the town of Magliano Sabina could not have been nicer to my entire family, and we really enjoyed a couple meals at Zio Lillo! Dear Laurentia, My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful Villa Domitilla & Sveva. The accommodations were more than we expected and its location among the most tranquil and beautiful I have ever visited. Having rented lovely villas in Piemonte, Toscana, Liguria, Campania on previous vacations in Italy, I believe I enjoyed the character and charisma of Santa Cristina best. Everything from the quaint town of Magliano Sabina, the charm of Luigi at Cantina dei Colli Sabini, and fine dining at Ristorante degli Angeli served us well. The location of the villa with its incredible views, however, was the best treat of all. Within easy driving reaches my group visited many historic mountain top towns in nearby Umbria and lower Tuscany, always retreating back to the villa for relaxation. We all loved Daniela who saw to our every need. She is a very amiable and able representative and caretaker for your properties. I am certain to revisit your beautiful estate in the near future. Hi Laurentia, Sadly we are home now from our holiday in Santa Cristina, but we wanted to let you know what a fabulous holiday we all had. The Villa was supberb - excellent facilities and extremely spacious - we loved it; the children adored the swimming pool and the views all around the villa were breathtaking. The Sabina area is delightful. We love all the little villages in the surrounding area, it is so beautiful and peaceful and the people are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We were especially pleased that the area is so unspoiled and not filled with tourist shops and trappings.We are so impressed with the holiday that we would like to come back next year.
